For a prominent international consulting firm, we are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA consultant with a special focus on Customer Service (CS) management. This role is centered around providing efficient and effective solutions to our clients' needs, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation of SAP projects, especially in the CS module, ensuring project objectives and deliverables are met.
  2. Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients regarding best practices and SAP-based solutions.
  3. Perform configurations and customizations in the SAP system to meet specific customer requirements for service management.
  4. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous system operation.
  5. Manage and improve service processes, including Installed Base, Service Order Processing, and Resource-Related Billing.
  6. Collaborate on integrating SAP CS with other modules such as SD, MM/LE, and FI to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  7. Oversee and carry out data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  8. Train end-users and internal teams in the effective use of SAP CS solutions, in Spanish, with appropriate learning materials.
  9. Identify and resolve business problems by working collaboratively with different departments within the company.
  10. Adapt SAP solutions to regional requirements in countries such as Colombia, Peru, Argentina, and Chile, if necessary.

The Senior SAP Consultant in Customer Service (CS) plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through cutting-edge SAP solutions. Intermediate to Advanced intermediate Conversational English (B1 or B2).



  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA in SAP implementations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP in the area of Customer Service (CS) / Service Management (SM).
  • Participation in SAP CS projects, with at least 1 in S/4 HANA.
  • Knowledge in the technical configuration and business area of the SAP CS module.
  • Extensive knowledge of Installed Base Management, Service Order Processing, and Resource-Related Billing.
  • Experience in Field Service, Internal Repairs, Service Contracts, and Warranty Claims Management.
  • Extensive knowledge of the replacement process, including Refurbishment.
  • Experience in Data Migration activities for Transactional Data and Master Data.
  • Knowledge of labor activity accounting and integration with time recording systems.
  • Ability to translate user requests into application system solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills working with various groups within the company.
  • Redesign procedures in line with suggested best business practices in conjunction with SAP functionality.
