For a prominent international consulting firm, we are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA consultant with a special focus on Customer Service (CS) management. This role is centered around providing efficient and effective solutions to our clients' needs, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP projects, especially in the CS module, ensuring project objectives and deliverables are met.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to clients regarding best practices and SAP-based solutions.
- Perform configurations and customizations in the SAP system to meet specific customer requirements for service management.
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous system operation.
- Manage and improve service processes, including Installed Base, Service Order Processing, and Resource-Related Billing.
- Collaborate on integrating SAP CS with other modules such as SD, MM/LE, and FI to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee and carry out data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Train end-users and internal teams in the effective use of SAP CS solutions, in Spanish, with appropriate learning materials.
- Identify and resolve business problems by working collaboratively with different departments within the company.
- Adapt SAP solutions to regional requirements in countries such as Colombia, Peru, Argentina, and Chile, if necessary.
