A leading multinational company in the technology and B2B solutions sector is seeking its next Commercial Director / CCO to lead the overall commercial strategy in Brazil, with full responsibility for direct sales, channel sales, market expansion, and sustainable business growth.


Role Purpose

Lead and execute the commercial strategy for the Brazil operation, strengthening the partner ecosystem, developing new strategic alliances, and expanding presence within mid-sized and large corporate accounts. This role will be key in driving the next commercial growth stage of the company, with long-term potential to move into top executive leadership locally.


Main Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the overall commercial and go-to-market strategy for Brazil.
  • Lead both direct and indirect sales models, ensuring alignment between both structures.
  • Strengthen, restructure, and expand the channel and partner ecosystem.
  • Rebuild trust and engagement with current commercial partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic alliances.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
  • Expand presence in mid-sized and large enterprise accounts.
  • Lead high-level negotiations with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Maintain a hands-on commercial leadership approach, supporting strategic deal closures.


Requisitos

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles such as Commercial Director, Sales Director, Channel Director, CCO, or similar.
  • Strong track record leading both direct and indirect/channel sales models.
  • Experience in industries such as technology, B2B hardware, managed services, corporate printing, business solutions, or related sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market, especially São Paulo.
  • Solid experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
  • Advanced English level (C1).
  • Availability to work fully onsite in São Paulo, Brazil.


Highly Desirable

  • Experience in multinational companies with regional or matrix structures.
  • Background leading commercial transformation or restructuring initiatives.
  • Spanish for LATAM interaction.
  • Potential to grow into the CEO position of the Brazil operation.
